It is our company compliance policy that once an order has been placed, the customer is responsible for all charges incurred. We understand that there are situations that may arise in the process of your business that will alter the completion of a project. In the event that a job is cancelled or has not had any activity within the last 30 days, the job will be closed and an invoice issued for any time, materials, and/or set up. Please know that the artwork will remain in our files for 3 years and can be revisited at any time. Please notify us if you do not want your products used for CJ Graphics marketing.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICING:
Due to industry-wide supply chain disruptions, orders may not ship within published production times. We will make every effort to ship your order(s) as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to variables outside of our control.
Please be aware that within our industry we are experiencing product discontinuation and shortages at an alarming rate. It may become necessary to make substitutions, but we will do our best to match product as closely as possible. Like many industries, raw material and labor shortages have created a volatile pricing system and longer than normal lead times. In addition to product availability, pricing remains volatile, and shipping charges are increasing. Vendors that typically update pricing annually are finding it necessary to update pricing more frequently, so please understand that from order to order you may see fluctuations in pricing.
